In this panel we want to show a panorama about the exercise of the rights and freedoms of internet on the region and the challenges to face: right to access of information and freedom of expression versus the so-called "right to be forgotten" (privacy and data protection); national and public security versus surveillance and spying and net neutrality versus content discrimination.
Each speaker will give an overview about the topic of their expertise and the situation about this themes in Mexico and / or Latin America.
