- Abstract (at least 300 words to describe your proposal)
We will address the political strains in which artisan hacker communities live while developing the principal technopolitical social frameworks for the defense of fundamental rights, such as: free software, cryptography, and the recent -and not so recent- experiments of sociological narratives linked to legal strategies; thus the case of Rhizomática (community telephone service in Oaxaca), The Onion Router, GnuPG (GPG), and OTR, projects that turned out to be a part of way to exercise privacy and communications at digital environments.
